Memory House

Memory House is one of the most prestigious and notable houses on the Esplanade, Woolacombe. Fully renovated and refurbished in 2017, this property is absolutely stunning.With 3.5m high ceilings on the Ground floor, the stunning bay windows look out onto Woolacombe Beach and the rest of the bay. In fact, pretty much every window in Memory House has a sea view! Watch the surfers while you enjoy breakfast or relax on the very spacious contemporary decking through the evening watching the sun drop into the ocean.

Named after Lady Rosalie Chichester’s dog, Memory, Memory House is the original house that Lady Chichester created with all the period features maintained but done in a stylish contemporary way.

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA

At 60m2, the kitchen living area is the ultimate lifestyle space. With a bespoke Stephen Graver kitchen with all the necessary appliances it adjoins the living area with sofas that gaze out to sea and spill over onto the outside terrace. Cornicing, picture rails and stylish coving harks back to bygone eras but the high-quality luxurious finishes give you the perfect space to enjoy your break.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Memory House comes with 4 beautiful finished bedrooms. Spoilt for choice, either Bedroom 1 or Bedroom 2 could carry the title of Master Bedroom. Both with Bay Windows overlooking the sea and beach, large en-suite, Super King beds and 250 thread count linen, you will never want to leave this luxurious haven. Bedrooms 3 and 4 are well appointed comfortable rooms which share a bathroom on the 2nd floor. OUTSIDE The wrap around southerly terrace ensures that you follow the sunshine throughout the whole day. Complete with large 6 person Hot Tub, outside shower and wonderful gardens the outside is an oasis of great views.

If you want to bring your dog then this is only on request. Please email info@holidayhomehunter.co.uk before book to give how many, breed and age of the dog/s.

PRACTICALITIES

There are up to two car parking spaces in our own car park designated to you during your stay. Please note, we only accept 6 guests at Memory House. We strictly DO NOT accept Hen or Stag groups or same sex bookings, without prior permission. We must also be notified of any intention to hold a party.

**Please note, you are very welcome to use the hot tub for the duration of your stay, however we restrict this use between the hours of 8am and 10.30pm for the consideration of our other guests and neighbours. (Any guests found to be using the hot tubs outside of these hours will be subject to a fine of £50 per offence, which will be deducted from your damage deposit).*verified under standard governmental environmental health guidelines for noise disturbances with environmental app.
